Found in Translation's mission is twofold:

• To give low-income bilingual women an opportunity to achieve economic security through the use of their languages skills 
• To reduce racial, ethnic, and linguistic disparities in health care by unleashing bilingual talent into the workforce

Our Medical Interpreter Certificate Training and Job Placement program is designed to level the playing field for talented, driven low-income and homeless bilingual women: It is free-of-charge; includes common-sense supports such as childcare, transportation and technology assistance, mentoring, and career coaching; and leads directly into jobs paying $25/hr+.
